In 12 settlements the power supply was disrupted, and in five the electricity was completely cut off. The maximum water rise was recorded on the Samara-Buzuluk River, where the level rose by 204 cm. The water level in the Ural River in the Orenburg region significantly exceeded the dangerous level and reached 9.27 meters
