A brush fire has been reported along Parker Road & the 5 fwy in Castaic, currently at 2 acres with no structures threatened. If traveling through, please plan accordingly & allow emergency vehicles to proceed pass. Continue to monitor this post for incoming updates

2 year agoWashburnFire (Yosemite NP) - Placing a hold on all of the tankers, too smokey in some areas for retardant but there are a lot of copters on the incident (I see 3 helitankers on radar right now: 5HT, 25M, 95B) & they may be more effective per radio traffic

2 year agoGrass Fire (Johnson County) Keene FD and other departments are working a grass fire in the area of FM 3136 and CR 425B between Alvarado and Cleburne. Expect smoky conditions in the area.

2 year agoUnfortunately more fires are burning around Yosemite. cam shows the so called Washburn Fire that has burned 70 acres around Mariposa Grove.
